Over thirty years ago, my Mom took Wilton Cake Decorating classes at J.C. Penney. The first time I saw her decorate a cake I knew it was something I wanted to try.
As a self-taught decorator, I read a lot of books and did a lot of experimenting. After my first few projects, I found it to be an artistic process that I truly enjoyed. It was then that my Mom passed down all of her decorating supplies. Over the years, I've continued to challenge myself by incorporating new techniques and mediums. I have found great personal satisfaction in designing unique and memorable centerpieces for special occasions.
